We would like to introduce a case where we manufactured custom storage and discharge containers at the request of a pharmaceutical manufacturer. This is a jacketed stirring container with a cart, equipped with an air motor that is designed to be difficult to ignite for explosion-proof compliance. [Case Study] Temperature Control Unit with Jacketed Stirring Vessel

Heating with steam is also possible! A case study that adopts a "separate type" to reduce total costs.

This is a custom-made case of a container capable of stirring 100L of liquid containing insoluble powder delivered to a pharmaceutical manufacturer. When there is a need to heat the inside of the container with warm water while stirring, it is common to propose a combined stirring and temperature control unit like the "HU" heater unit. However, in this product, a separate type has been adopted. The temperature control unit is mounted on a cart, making it easy to move to the required process. Although it incurs higher costs compared to an integrated stirring and temperature control container, it can lead to reduced equipment costs in the long run. [Case Overview] - Composed of a jacketed stirring container and a temperature control unit (warm water circulation device). - A manual tank ball valve is used for the outlet. - A Bernoulli flow stirrer is adopted, which is less likely to incorporate air and allows for uniform stirring. - The standard controller makes it easy to change the rotation speed. - Both the stirring container and temperature control unit are equipped with "ECK" insulation covers. *Other cases can be viewed via "PDF Download." *For more details, please refer to the PDF materials or feel free to contact us.
